Huo Junduo, the general secretary of the World Fair EXPO 2010 (05.01 – 10.31.2010), personally congratulated the success of our government’s Pavilion in China. Below is an animated “History of Poland” directed by Thomas Bagiński – one of over hundred ideas on the promotion of our country during the EXPO 2010. The movie, commissioned by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, without a doubt contributed to the success of Polish Pavilion – among 73 million visitors polish exhibition was visited by over 8 million guests. PARP president, Mrs Bożena Lublińska-Kasprzak, noted that the talks initiated during the exhibition are continued, and surely will result in the improvement of Polish-Chinese business cooperation.
Eurostat published a new report which shows that in the years 2006-2008 only 52% of industrial enterprises and services in the European Union was using innovative solutions. The biggest percent of modern companies was noted in Germany (80%), whereas Poland was placed at the very end of the ranking with the score of 27.9%. Going with the times poles preferably cooperate with the innovative countries from EU (18.8%). The percent of companies working with the USA and China are accordingly 4.2% and 2.0% (more on www.ec.europa.eu/Eurostat)
Oppen Expo Global established a cooperation with an organization working with the University of Economics in Poznań - Polish Business Development Association.
